T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu a\u00e7\u0131k 85 bin s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc d\u00fczeyinde ki bu rakam toplam \u00e7ekici-kamyon \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 16&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc sorunu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de ciddi durumda\u201ddedi. Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ortas\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yapaca\u011f\u0131 ziyaret \u00f6ncesinde D\u00fcnya Gazetesi\u2019nin sorular\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlayan Umberto de Pretto, bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda 3,5 milyondan fazla ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k ve lojistik \u015firketinin sesi olan IRU\u2019nun 5 k\u0131tada ve T\u00fcrkiye dahil 100\u2019den fazla \u00fclkedeki \u00fcyeleriyle k\u00fcresel bir end\u00fcstri federasyonu oldu\u011funu belirterek,\u201dTicari karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetleri, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda ekonomik ve sosyal refah sa\u011flayan mobilitenin kalbinde yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>IRU, toplumlar\u0131 g\u00fcvenli, verimli ve ye\u015fil mobilite ve lojistikle bulu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor\u201ddiye konu\u015ftu. IRU&#8217;nun \u015fu anda en \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fcresel ticari karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek son 25 y\u0131lda en b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fi\u015fimin sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7evresel ayak izi oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Umberto de Pretto \u201c\u00c7evresel ayak izimizde ger\u00e7ekten \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sa\u011flad\u0131k sekt\u00f6r olarak. Son 25 y\u0131lda toksik emisyonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fczde 98&#8217;e kadar azaltt\u0131k. Ne var ki de\u011fi\u015fmeyen \u015fey ara\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zellikle \u00f6zel ara\u00e7larla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ne kadar temiz oldu\u011fu konusunda kamuoyunun alg\u0131s\u0131 maaalesef pek de\u011fi\u015fmedi\u201ddedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ara\u00e7 tasar\u0131m\u0131nda \u00e7evreci \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere odaklan\u0131lmal\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Umberto de Pretto, karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm intermodal ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k hareketleri i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zel bir yere sahip oldu\u011funu ifade ederek, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir lojistik i\u00e7in intermodal ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fmesini her zaman desteklediklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetler ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n IRU&#8217;yu ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fc her zaman pragmatik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerle masaya gelen g\u00fcvenilir bir ortak olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve kabul etti\u011fini vurgulayan Umberto de Pretto, karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin bir politikay\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirebilseydiniz bu ne olurdu \u015feklindeki soruyu \u015f\u00f6yle yan\u0131tlad\u0131: \u201cDaha verimli olmak i\u00e7in gemiler ve u\u00e7aklar b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor, trenler daha uzun yap\u0131l\u0131yor, ancak konu kamyonlar-\u00e7ekiciler olunca karar vericilerin akl\u0131na ayn\u0131 mant\u0131k gelmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Eko-kamyon kombinasyonlar\u0131yla (bir yerine iki r\u00f6mork), bir kamyonun CO2 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 30 oran\u0131nda azaltabiliriz. 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyona ula\u015fma hedefimiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu bir ad\u0131m olabilir. Ancak h\u00fck\u00fcmetler bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc desteklemek i\u00e7in \u00e7ok az \u015fey yap\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6nce alt dallardaki meyveleri toplamal\u0131y\u0131z\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0IRU\u2019nun ve ticari karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn 2050\u2019de s\u0131f\u0131r karbon hedefi belirlediklerine dikkat \u00e7eken Umberto de Pretto: &#8220;Karayoluyla ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k talebini etkili bir \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lamaya devam ederken karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in al\u00e7akta as\u0131l\u0131 kalan meyvelerle i\u015fe ba\u015flamal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda mevcut olan ve CO emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 neredeyse y\u00fczde 50 oran\u0131nda azaltabilecek h\u0131zl\u0131 kazan\u0131mlar, eko-kamyonlar, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc e\u011fitimi gibi verimli lojistik ve insan hareketlili\u011finin en \u00e7evre dostu ve en g\u00fcvenli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n (servis ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve yolcu otob\u00fcsleri) daha fazla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Son olarak, h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin tam dijitalle\u015fmeye izin verecek mevzuat\u0131 uygulamaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin e-CMR protokol\u00fcn\u00fc imzalayarak en temel ve gerekli ta\u015f\u0131ma s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin dijital hale gelmesine olanak tan\u0131yarak. Pek \u00e7ok \u00fclke hen\u00fcz bu \u00e7ok temel ad\u0131m\u0131 atmad\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Umberto de Pretto t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada ve \u00f6zellikle Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015fanan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc krizi konusunda \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmeyi yapt\u0131: \u201cKronik s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc eksikli\u011fini temelden gidermek i\u00e7in, daha fazla insan\u0131, \u00f6zellikle de kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ve gen\u00e7leri \u00e7ekmek amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmemiz ve mesle\u011fe eri\u015fimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Daha basit bir ifadeyle, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin toplumda oynad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nemli rol\u00fcn t\u00fcm toplum taraf\u0131ndan farkedilmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kronik olarak ya\u015fanan profesyonel s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc eksikli\u011fi, stres alt\u0131nda olan ekonomileri ve topluluklar\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek enflasyon, tedarik zincirindeki aksamalar gibi bir dizi riskle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131yor. IRU olarak Avrupa, Asya ve Amerika\u2019da yer alan 25 \u00fclkede ve bin 500 operat\u00f6r\u00fc kapsayan 2022 ara\u015ft\u0131rma verileri 2,6 milyondan fazla a\u011f\u0131r ticari ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu a\u00e7\u0131k 85 bin s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc d\u00fczeyinde ki bu rakam toplam \u00e7ekici-kamyon \u015fof\u00f6r\u00fc pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 16&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc sorunu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de ciddi durumda. Yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda otob\u00fcs \u015fof\u00f6rlerinin ortalama olarak kamyon \u015fof\u00f6rlerinden bile daha ya\u015fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu demektir ki bu s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin \u00f6nemli k\u0131sm\u0131 yak\u0131n bir zamanda emekli olacak ve sekt\u00f6re yeni giri\u015f yapan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131 ise daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalacak.<\/p>\n<p>Sorunun bir boyutu da bu tablo\u201d. IRU Genel Sekreteri, T\u00fcrkiye ziyareti s\u0131ras\u0131nda TOBB ve UND yetkilileri ve sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri ile karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncel sorunlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin stratejik konumu onu \u00f6nemli bir ticaret ve transit merkezi haline getiriyor. T\u00fcrkiye mevcut ko\u015fullarda de\u011fi\u015fen ticaret koridorlar\u0131 nedeniyle daha da fazla hareket g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u00fczerinden transit ge\u00e7i\u015f 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u201ddedi. IRU\u2019nun bu y\u0131l 75. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 ve AB i\u00e7indeki 50. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 kutlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Umberto de Pretto \u201cT\u00fcrkiye ve b\u00f6lgedeki \u00fcyelerimiz ve ortaklar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte 75. y\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kutlamak \u00fczere bu Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ortas\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;da yap\u0131lacak Logitrans 2023 Fuar\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6zel bir etkinlik daha planl\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lojistikte kad\u0131n s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc y\u00fczdesi yava\u015f ama istikrarl\u0131 art\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTicari karayolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc geleneksel olarak kad\u0131nlardan daha fazla erkekten olu\u015fuyor. \u0130yi haber \u015fu ki sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczdesi yava\u015f ama istikrarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n kamyon \u015fof\u00f6rlerinin pay\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fu b\u00f6lgede hen\u00fcz %3&#8217;\u00fcn alt\u0131nda bulunuyor. Yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde bu oran biraz daha iyi. \u00d6rne\u011fin Danimarka&#8217;da otob\u00fcs ve tur otob\u00fcs\u00fc \u015fof\u00f6rlerinin %22&#8217;si kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fuyor.Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 mesle\u011fe girmekten cayd\u0131ran nedenler aras\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n zor olmas\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve emniyetli park alanlar\u0131n\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131 ve evden uzakta ge\u00e7irilen uzun s\u00fcreler yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlar erkekleri mesle\u011fe kat\u0131lmaktan cayd\u0131ran sebeplerle ayn\u0131.
