T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve b\u00f6lgenin en b\u00fcy\u00fck Dijital Forwarder konumundaki T\u0131rport\u2019\u0131n 2023 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrek verilerine g\u00f6re; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen karayolu nakliye bedellerinin neredeyse y\u00fczde 50\u2019si akaryak\u0131ta gidiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 2 kat\u0131 seviyesinde. Artan t\u00fcm maliyetlere ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de navlun i\u00e7inde akaryak\u0131t maliyetinin y\u00fczde 50&#8217;lere yak\u0131n olmas\u0131n\u0131n temel sebebine de\u011finen T\u0131rport Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Ak\u0131n Arslan, bunun nedeninin, kamyon sahiplerinin ayakta kalabilmek, kamyonunun taksitlerini \u00f6deyebilmek, evine ekmek g\u00f6t\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in fedakarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nce kendisinden yapmas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Arslan, &#8220;Kamyon sahibi, kamyonun bak\u0131m\u0131ndan, sigortas\u0131ndan, \u015fahsi yevmiyesinden kendince fedakarl\u0131k yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Navlunun y\u00fczde 50\u2019sinin mazot maliyeti oldu\u011fu bir pazarda, filolar\u0131na ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc performanslar\u0131na odaklanmayan, y\u00fckleme ve teslimat raporlamalar\u0131na canl\u0131 eri\u015fip alternatif maliyetlerini hesaplayamayanlar\u0131n, y\u00fckleme-bo\u015faltma noktalar\u0131ndaki bekleme ve at\u0131l kalma s\u00fcrelerini do\u011frulatamayanlar\u0131n, kontrat lojisti\u011finde operasyonel k\u00e2r etmeleri teknik olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir\u201d dedi. IRU (Uluslararas\u0131 Karayolu Ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k Birli\u011fi) verilerine g\u00f6re, Avrupa\u2019da bo\u015f d\u00f6nme oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 23 iken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu oran\u0131n y\u00fczde 32 oldu\u011funu belirten Arslan \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cMaa\u015flar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kal\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u0131rport Insights 2023 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyrek verilerine g\u00f6re; bir kamyon uzun yolda y\u00fckle ortalama 460 kilometre yol gidiyor ve 32 litre civar\u0131nda mazot yak\u0131yor. Bir kamyonun uzun yolda ortalama gidi\u015f-d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f maliyeti 15 bin TL civar\u0131n\u0131 buluyor. 15 bin TL\u2019ye y\u00fck\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131yan kamyon, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc alamadan bo\u015f d\u00f6nerse zarar ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Yine IRU verilerine g\u00f6re, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 Ekim ay\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019da zirve yapan akaryak\u0131t fiyatlar\u0131 2023&#8217;de y\u00fczde 25&#8217;lere varan oranda d\u00fc\u015ferken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hem kur, hem de \u00d6TV d\u00fczenlemeleriyle artmaya devam etti. Bu durum nakliye sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc daha da zora sokuyor.
