Modele g\u00f6re arsa devletten, konut in\u015fas\u0131 \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rden olacak \u015fekilde 500 bin konut \u00fcretilecek. Bu konutlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019u sat\u0131lacak, geri kalan\u0131 hane halk\u0131n\u0131n gelirinin y\u00fczde 30\u2019unu ge\u00e7meyecek fiyatlarla kiralanacak. Model kapsam\u0131nda sorunun en \u00e7ok ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da 5 il\u00e7e belediyesi ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc, modelin finansman\u0131 i\u00e7in de Hollanda ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, \u00c7in, Suudi Arabistan ve Birle\u015fik Arap Emirlik\u2019ten fonlarla temasa ge\u00e7ildi. B\u00f6ylece adeta bir sosyal soruna d\u00f6nen ev sahibi-kirac\u0131 gerginliklerinin sona ermesi, kiralaman\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc bir y\u00f6ntem olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6sterilmesi de ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cMutlulu\u011fun ev sahibi olmayla ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 yok!\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Bir grup gazeteciyle bir araya gelen GYODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Kalyoncu, \u201cY\u00fcksek kiralar, ev sahibi-kirac\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 en \u00e7ok \u0130stanbul\u2019da ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Bu nedenle \u0130stanbul\u2019daki belediyeler ile temasa ge\u00e7tik. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hali haz\u0131rda onlar\u0131n yap-i\u015flet-devret haklar\u0131 var. Aradaki fark konutu alan vatanda\u015f\u0131n cebinden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>Hollanda ve \u00c7in finansmana s\u0131cak<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cYeni Konut Modeli\u201d olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 bu form\u00fcl\u00fcn lansman\u0131n\u0131 temmuz ay\u0131nda yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 an\u0131msatan Kalyoncu, \u201cBu modeli anlat\u0131rken \u2018kirac\u0131 olman\u0131n\u2019 k\u00f6t\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da anlatmam\u0131z gerek. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 500 bin konut \u00fcretimi, 125 bin eski binan\u0131n yeniden in\u015fas\u0131 demek. \u0130stanbul\u2019da 262 bin binan\u0131n 1980 \u00f6ncesi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde bu hayati \u00f6neme sahip oluyor.
