Hakl\u0131 talepleri iktidar taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmayan, \u2018giderlerse gitsinler\u2019 denilen, \u015fiddetin hedefi olan hekimler, \u00e7areyi \u00fclkeyi terk etmekte, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta bulmaktad\u0131r.
