A\u015f\u00e7\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cIspartakule\u2019de \u00f6n sat\u0131\u015f d\u00f6nemindeyiz, 575 dairemiz var. Orada Temmuz 2026 olarak hedefliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Zeytinburnu\u2019ndaki 195 dairelik projemizi y\u0131l sonunda teslim ediyoruz. Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir\u2019de bir projemi var, \u015fu anda ruhsat a\u015famas\u0131nda, oran\u0131n mimarisine uygun 120 dairelik bir proje hedefimiz var. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projesi. Az katl\u0131 ve oran\u0131n sembol\u00fc olarak bir proje, geli\u015ftirme a\u015famas\u0131nday\u0131z. Her y\u0131l 600-700 bin konut ihtiyac\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00fcretim her y\u0131l 300-400 bin civar\u0131nda kal\u0131nca fiyat art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Maliyetleri art\u0131yor, arsa maliyetleri var. Maliyeti yans\u0131tmamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsunuz, bu defa fiyatlar art\u0131yor. Fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan biz de memnun de\u011filiz. Bundan kimse de memnun de\u011fil ancak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fcz bir noktaya geldik\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.
