B\u00f6ylece baz\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck parsellerde daha kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 bina projelerinin d\u00fczenlenebilmesi sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>De\u011fi\u015fiklikle ayr\u0131ca bina emniyeti i\u00e7in de \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu kapsamda &#8220;kapal\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kma yap\u0131lan binalardaki t\u00fcm kolonlar\u0131n birbirlerine, her iki y\u00f6nde kiri\u015flerle ba\u011flanmas\u0131&#8221; kural\u0131 getirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan 3 kat\u0131 ge\u00e7meyen binalarda geleneksel yap\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun ve daha ferah mekanlar olu\u015fabilmesi amac\u0131yla kat y\u00fcksekliklerinin 4 metreye kadar \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilmesine imkan tan\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kovid-19 nedeniyle ofis kullan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ve konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak, at\u0131l durumdaki bo\u015f ofislere ili\u015fkin de d\u00fczenlemeye gidildi.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, 1 Temmuz 2023&#8217;den \u00f6nce ofis veya b\u00fcro ama\u00e7l\u0131 yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenlenerek yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f veya yap\u0131 kullanma izni d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f olan yap\u0131larda, 1 Temmuz 2024&#8217;e kadar sonu\u00e7lanmak kayd\u0131 ile parselin tamam\u0131nda konut kullan\u0131m oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 30&#8217;u ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde kullan\u0131m amac\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik tadilat ruhsat\u0131 d\u00fczenlenebilecek.
