Kentteki sanayi b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fck\u00e7e gerek \u015fehirde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar gerekse g\u00f6\u00e7 edenler i\u00e7in yeni konut alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011fuyor. Sanayisi h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen Eski\u015fehir\u2019de sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 100 bini a\u015fk\u0131n Eski\u015fehirlinin konut ve bar\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131na perspektif olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla bir rapor haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan Eski\u015fehir Sanayi Odas\u0131 (ESO) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Celalettin Kesikba\u015f, kentte k\u0131sa vadede 38 binin \u00fczerinde ilave konuta ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTopluma D\u00f6n\u00fck Eski\u015fehir Sanayi Odas\u0131 \/ Eski\u015fehir Konut ve Bar\u0131nma Sorunu \u00dczerine\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 raporla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Kesikba\u015f, \u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rma Eski\u015fehir\u2019in k\u0131sa vadede 38 binin \u00fczerinde ilave konut ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Eski\u015fehir\u2019de ortalama konut sat\u0131\u015f ve kiralama bedellerinin Ankara, Bursa, K\u00fctahya, Afyonkarahisar ve Bilecik illerinin \u00e7ok \u00fcst\u00fcnde oldu\u011funu da g\u00f6steriyor. Sorunlar\u0131n s\u00f6zl\u00fc olarak dile getirilmesi, ancak sonradan unutulmas\u0131 belki de bizim en b\u00fcy\u00fck eksi\u011fimiz. ESO olarak t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7 ve taleplerimizi, incelikle haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kapsaml\u0131 raporlarla kamuoyunun g\u00fcndemine ta\u015f\u0131maya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi. Bug\u00fcn Eski\u015fehir\u2019de ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te biri ge\u00e7imini sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden sa\u011fl\u0131yorsa, bu insanlar\u0131n temel ihtiya\u00e7 ve sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymak, g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131mak ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri \u00fcretmek de bizim en b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6revimiz\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cAfet riski ta\u015f\u0131yan konut dokusu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmeli\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Eski\u015fehir\u2019de sadece belirli merkezlerde yap\u0131la\u015fmaya a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmesinin bir\u00e7ok soruna neden oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Celalettin Kesikba\u015f, \u015fehirdeki tek merkezli b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin ula\u015f\u0131m maliyetlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, teknik altyap\u0131 ve trafik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 da beraberinde getirdi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Eski\u015fehir\u2019de tek merkezli, niteliksiz ve afet riski ta\u015f\u0131yan yo\u011fun konut dokusunun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Kesikba\u015f, bunun i\u00e7in yeni ve alternatif kent merkezleri ve \u00f6rnek ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 beklendi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<h2>\u201cYeni imar plan\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131lmal\u0131\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Eski\u015fehir\u2019de ya\u015fanan konut ve trafik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmesi beklenen imar planlamalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131llard\u0131r uygulamaya ge\u00e7irilemedi\u011fini ifade eden Celalettin Kesikba\u015f, \u201c\u00d6zellikle Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli deprem felaketinden sonra ya\u015fanan g\u00f6\u00e7 dalgas\u0131 ile kentteki n\u00fcfusun artmas\u0131yla kiral\u0131k veya sat\u0131l\u0131k ev bulman\u0131n zorla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn yo\u011funla\u015fan trafi\u011fin i\u015fkence haline geldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Eski\u015fehir\u2019de kentsel konut alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi riskli b\u00f6lgelerde yer al\u0131yor. \u0130mar alanlar\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015fletilmemesi ve arsa \u00fcretilememesi sebebiyle meydana gelen sorunlar ve \u00e7evre yolunun kent i\u00e7in art\u0131k yetersiz kalmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ya\u015fanan yo\u011fun trafik ile bunun neden oldu\u011fu kazalar her g\u00fcn y\u00fcz binlerce insan\u0131 etkiler hale geldi.
